The two men, 29-year-old Yang Chenguang and 45-year-old Li Xiao Wei, were charged with inciting three people to defraud the event organizer, Kallang Alive Sport Management. Both come from China.
Court documents show that the 2 men allegedly conspired with three people: Shangguan Linmo, Hu Zhijun and Yang Junhao, to realize unauthorized entry to Taylor Swift’s concert on Monday around 6 p.m.
Yang allegedly talked to security staff stationed at the doorway to the sports center to distract them.
Li is alleged to have held on to the turnstile at the doorway to let the three pass, though they didn’t have tickets.

In a separate press release, police said they’d arrested three men, aged 29 to 45, on suspicion of involvement in a fraud case.
Two other men and two women, aged 21 to 25, were also investigated for mental property violations.
On Monday, around 7.40pm, police received a report that several people had attended a concert on the Singapore Sports Hub without permission.
“Preliminary investigation revealed that the three men were allegedly involved in facilitating the unauthorized entry of a gaggle of 4 individuals who didn’t possess legal concert tickets,” police said.
TODAY understands that a 3rd man, who has not yet been charged, is under investigation and that the trio named within the charge sheets for entering the concert are amongst 4 people whom police mentioned of their press release as not having legal tickets.
In addition to the 2 men charged on Wednesday, police investigations against the others are ongoing.
In a joint statement issued on Wednesday, Kallang Alive Sport Management and the Singapore Police said security had been increased on the Singapore Sports Hub on event days from March 2 in anticipation of enormous crowds at Swift’s live shows.
On March 4, Singapore Sports Hub security staff detained several individuals who tried to enter the National Stadium.
“Kallang Alive Sport Management and the police will continue to work closely to ensure the safety of the public at events at the Singapore Sports Hub.
“Police would like to remind the public to only purchase tickets and merchandise from authorized sellers and to only enter the event venue with a valid ticket,” she added in a press release.
The event organizer thanked patrons who provided comments that helped the safety team and authorities track down the alleged intruders.

Yang Chenguang and Li Xiao Wei will return to court on March 13. Both men were remanded in custody to help with the investigation.
Anyone convicted of fraud faces a jail sentence of up to 3 years, a wonderful or each.
The penalty for violating the criminal law is imprisonment for up to 3 months or a wonderful of as much as A$1,500 ($1,121), or each.
