As of April 2023, the rating of the best-selling cars in ASEAN remains to be led by the Toyota Hilux, closely followed by the Isuzu D-Max. A notable standout is the Toyota Yaris Ativ, which has risen a formidable 22 places to secure ninth position, registering a remarkable increase of 153.2%. Similarly, the Honda HR-V saw a big increase of 99.8%, taking it to the eighth position on the list.
In the rating of the most well-liked cars within the region, the Toyota Hilux manufactured in Thailand stays the best-selling automobile until April 2023. Despite a 7.2% decline, it sold a complete of 64,228 units, outperforming the competition. Following closely behind is the Isuzu D-Max with total sales of 59,664 units, down 8.0%.
Third place goes to the Mitsubishi Xpander with a big increase of 13.3% and sales of 34,797 units. The Toyota Avanza, up three places, secures fourth place with 25,875 units sold, a big increase of 23.4%. Meanwhile, Honda City sees a decline of 24.4% with 24,832 latest registrations.
In sixth place is the Ford Ranger, which sold 24,236 units, a remarkable increase of 24.0%. The Toyota Fortuner, which has risen five places, is in seventh position with 23,586 registrations, even though it is down 12.6%. Following closely behind is the Honda HR-V, which rose thirteen places with sales of twenty-two,755 units, reflecting a formidable increase of 99.8%.
At the underside of the leaderboard, the Toyota Yaris Ativ jumps twenty-two places to ninth position with 21,289 units sold, a big increase of 153.2%. On the opposite hand, the Honda Brio drops 4 places to tenth position with cumulative sales of 20,713 units, registering a slight decline of two.2%.
