Indonesian illustrator Wahyu Ichwandardi set himself the goal of making a new edition of the upcoming game star Wars trailer exclusively using Apple LLC.
Inchwandardi, who lives in New York, drew the trailer by hand on a Eighties KoalaPad using a 1984 bitmap painting program, Dazzle Draw.
In the Eighties, this technique was considered “probably the most complete computer graphics system,” but its process makes it clear how far we have now come.
Holding plastic sheets above the screen for reference, he fastidiously traced each frame, leading to the short masterpiece you see before you.
In total, the project lasted three weeks, used 48 disks (140 KB of memory each) and resulted in 288 image files, giving a complete of 6 MB of knowledge.
As a result, the most recent retro-style trailer for “Star Wars: The Last Jedi” was created.

For comparison, here’s the unique trailer for Star Wards Part VII. . It’s very near the unique and we will not watch the trailer the identical way!
Even Mark Hamill (Luke Skywalker, in fact) approves.
I felt this power when Luke Skywalker himself liked my tweet 😠pic.twitter.com/dfyiBeNail

Here’s an evidence of how Ichwanardi made the film:
Long live the green monochrome!
