OAG’s On Time Performance Stars Ratings program is an ongoing accreditation program that twice a yr provides all airlines and airports with a star rating based on 12 months of performance.
The annual OAG Punctuality League is simply available to the biggest airlines (top 200 based on ASK, over 30,000 scheduled flights) and airports (min. 2.5 million departing seats) – rating based on performance in a single calendar yr, not on continuous accreditation.
OTP is measured based on departures and arrivals that occur exactly lower than quarter-hour after the scheduled departure/arrival time, including cancellations.
