The long-awaited Global Innovation Index (GII) 2018 report has finally been released.
It’s called Singapore is probably the most modern country outside Europe, rating in the highest five in all input pillars and achieved the very best position in human capital and research. Singapore, which has moved up two positions since 2017, has been hailed as a “living laboratory for renewable energy.”
Among a number of other “best” and “most”, Singapore can be probably the most modern country on the earth outside Europe!
