Singapore Airlines combines a travel video with a security video. Gosh, it’s beautiful

If you never listen to in-flight safety videos, perhaps Singapore Airlines’ latest video will change that. The latest film, which can begin showing on flights at the top of the 12 months, highlights lots of the photogenic city’s landmarks and features a voiceover on the standard safety precautions.

It’s beautifully crafted and shows how they are going to break down barriers to present you the travel experience you would like. Why is that this essential? Because it shows that the travel industry is admittedly getting creative with its approach and pushing the boundaries of what it takes to create curiosity and excitement about travel.

The video encompasses a Singaporean girl traveling to famous places in Singapore corresponding to Boat Quay, The Intan Peranakan Home Museum, Henderson Waves and Gardens by the Bay. In each location, he meets different characters engaged in various activities who “creatively show” safety rules. The latest safety video will likely be shown on SIA flights from the top of the 12 months.

However, it takes some suspended imagination to see how they appropriated Singapore’s landmarks for a security demonstration. For example, they used park benches at Henderson Waves to show tips on how to prepare for impact and movie seats on the Capitol Theater to clarify putting away a USB charging cable during takeoff.

Still, there isn’t any denying that that is one of the beautiful security movies around. I believe once the screening becomes everlasting you possibly can expect to see rather a lot more tourists in these places.
