Singapore Changi Airport was named the perfect airport on this planet by airhelp.com
The website evaluates airports world wide based on three criteria and an evaluation conducted on Twitter. The criteria in query are punctuality, service quality and passenger sentiment.
In all three cases, Changi scored 8.8 out of 10 for on-time performance, with only 12% of flights delayed and lower than 1% canceled in 2016. It also received a ten/10 for service quality with a Skytrax rating of 5/5 and a passenger sentiment rating of 6.1, based on customer responses from Twitter.
Munich International Airport got here second within the table with a rating of 8.2 for punctuality, 10 for service quality and 4.8 for passenger sentiment, while Hong Kong International Airport got here third with a rating of seven.5 for punctuality, 10 for quality services and 5.6 for passenger sentiment.
