Singapore tops the list with its passport, which allows holders to travel to 195 countries without first obtaining a visa. Japan previously held the No. 1 position but has since fallen to No. 2, joining France, Germany, Italy and Spain, which all allow access to 194 countries.

In 2024, travellers will have the opportunity to go to 195 countries visa-free in the event that they hold a Singapore-issued passport.
Passport holders from Spain, Japan, Italy, Germany and France will have the opportunity to go to 194 countries with out a visa in 2024.
Holders of passports from Sweden, South Korea, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Ireland, Finland and Austria will have the opportunity to go to 193 countries with out a visa in 2024.
Holders of British, Danish and Belgian passports will have the opportunity to go to 192 countries with out a visa in 2024.
Travelers with a Norwegian, Portuguese or Swiss passport will have the opportunity to go to 191 countries with out a visa in 2024.
Passport holders of Greece, Malta, New Zealand and Australia can visit 190 countries with out a visa.
In 2024, travelers will have the opportunity to go to 189 countries with out a visa, with a Hungarian, Polish, Czech or Canadian passport.
In 2024, travelers will have the opportunity to go to 188 countries visa-free in the event that they have a U.S. passport.
Holders of passports from Estonia, Lithuania or the United Arab Emirates will have the opportunity to go to 187 countries with out a visa in 2024.
