In the Asia-Pacific region, Indonesia was ranked as essentially the most optimistic country to attain success inside one 12 months, in response to LinkedIn’s latest global survey.

Seventy-four percent of respondents selected happiness, while the remaining selected health (64 percent) and work-life balance (62 percent).
In addition, almost 70% believed that success is personal and every person perceives it in another way, while 51% believed it consists of long- and short-term “wins.”
Although happiness needs to be personal, the info showed that external aspects still influence the method. Sixty-eight percent of respondents felt that society’s view of success influenced them, while 80 percent felt that education shaped their perception of success.
Meanwhile, 71 percent of respondents imagine that clothing increases self-confidence and helps achieve success.
“It’s encouraging to see that Indonesians are among the most confident when it comes to success, and success is no longer about meeting traditional career milestones like higher salaries and corner offices,” Linda Lee, LinkedIn’s communications director for Southeast Asia and North Asia, said in a press release.
