AirAsia Indonesia is offering a free ticket promotion and big discounts to draw domestic and international tourists. The promotion goals to extend interest in air travel and help the Indonesian government achieve its goal of 17 million international tourist visits by 2024.
Veranita Yosephine, CEO of AirAsia Indonesia, said in a press release that this promotion is an element of AirAsia’s commitment to providing the very best service to its passengers. In addition, AirAsia goals to contribute to the event of tourism and artistic industries in Indonesia.
The promotion is valid on flights to several popular international destinations, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Singapore and Perth. Tickets could be booked from 8 to 16 June 2024 for travel between 2 September 2024 and eight October 2025.
Passengers can get free seats (base price Rp 0) by booking directly through the AirAsia MOVE app (formerly AirAsia Superapp) or on airasia.com. Tickets to other destinations are also available at special low Indonesia AirAsia prices, which could be checked on AirAsia MOVE or airasia.com. These flights can be found from Jakarta, Bali, Medan, Yogyakarta and Surabaya.
Payment could be made using AirAsia points, with the potential for earning latest points upon purchase. AirAsia Indonesia also offers a special promotion of 70% off additional purchases similar to baggage, meals, seat selection and flight insurance when booking tickets via the AirAsia MOVE app.
