Development of low-cost airlines (LCC) across ASEAN has led to a rise in aircraft orders and the event of airport infrastructure to fulfill the ever-increasing travel demand from a big selection of shoppers, GE Reports the web portal reported.

For example, Indonesian low-cost carrier Lion Group recently announced the acquisition of fifty Boeing 737 Max 10 aircraft powered by CFM LEAP-1B engines, while AirAsia is optimistic about its expansion plans.
