A peek contained in the world’s first liveable art park

Life will definitely imitate art at Batulao Artscapes, a 350-acre art park designed by Filipino real estate developer and art collector Robbie Antonio. “Batulao Artscapes is set to be the world’s first habitable art park where you can live in and among magnificent works of art,” he says of the $800 million development, which can be built two hours outside of Manila, Philippines. “With this project, we hope to create a cultural landmark in Southeast Asia.”

Designed for art lovers of all ages, this one-of-a-kind project will feature 4 museums designed by Pritzker Prize architects, including a visible arts museum designed by Jean Nouvel and an architecture and design museum designed by Christian de Portzamparc. Some 4,000 prefabricated homes by Revolution Precrafted can be available for design lovers seeking to camp within the art village. Buyers can pick from about 20 home designs in the primary phase of development; additional design options can be available in later stages.
