Other groups that submitted bids for the development tender include IJM Corp-Norwest Holdings Sdn Bhd-Shimizu Corp, Malaysian Resources Corp Bhd-China State Construction Enginerring Corp, WCT Bhd-Arabtec Construction LLC, TSR Capital Bhd-Daewoo Group and Seacera Group Bhd-Spaz Sdn Bhd-China’s Shinohydro Corp-Shanghai Construction Group.
Pintaras Jaya Bhd won the initial contract for the development of KL118, value RMB 74 million, greater than a 12 months ago, covering foundation and piling works.
International consulting firm Turner International is the project manager. The company can also be involved in the longer term purpose-built TRX-Kuala Lumpur business district.
