Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja, a seven-year-old national anthem singer on the StubHub Center in Los Angeles on September 23 before the LA Galaxy vs. Seattle game, surprised everyone. She sang the US national anthem “The Star-Spangled Banner” perfectly, and what’s more, she nailed it!

Malea Emma Tjandrawidjaja is a daughter of Indonesian descent, her father Arman Tjandrawidjaja is from Jakarta and her mother Maura Esther Tanudjaja is from Semarang. They moved to the United States in 2007 and currently live in Los Angeles.
Her father had known about her talent since Malea was a toddler. “He’s been singing since he was very young, even before he can talk, he’s at all times singing,” he told USA Today.
Apparently, Malea had already entered and won many talent competitions on the age of three, comparable to the Winter Joy Symphony Tamecula Valley Concert and the Riverside Country Fair Singing Competition. This girl has many talents, from playing the piano and violin, modeling and acting.
Most recently, she successfully played the role of Molly within the drama musical “Annie” on the Hollywood Bowl stage.
