Voice of Baceprot (VoB) is a female hijab-wearing metal band from Indonesia. These three Muslim women have been singing together since highschool in conservative Indonesia, West Java.
This band called Voice of Baceprot, which suggests baceprot is a Sundanese word which means “noisy”. They selected this name to represent their energy and enthusiasm when creating music.

This trio was formed in 2014. They were introduced to metal as teenagers by a teacher who taught them tips on how to play instruments and helped them form a band.
