Razor Phone, the “Singaporean” global smartphone with crazy specifications

Is it really possible to create an Android phone for gamers? Aren’t these high specification beasts with incredible computational load? These are the questions Razer could have to reply when it introduces its first smartphone, the appropriately titled Razer Phone.

In its official statement, Razer described the Razer Phone as “the very best level of mobile entertainment.” Like most Razer products, the phone places an emphasis on high specs and performance, specializing in the amenities that matter most to gaming and multimedia.

Razer prides itself on selling products made “for gamers, by gamers” and believes the above combination of desirable internal components will offset the Razer Phone’s subdued appearance, large speaker bezels, and lack of Jacek headphones.

In the Razer Phone box you will find a THX-certified audio dongle that helps you to connect headphones and delivers “audiophile-quality” 24-bit audio, but that is an odd compromise for a tool that is meant for uncompromising gaming performance. Particularly standout features include the Razer Phone display, featuring the world’s first 120Hz Ultramotion display for the very best possible viewing experience.
