New, revitalized Jakarta “Kota Tua”, one other hot spot of the capital

DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan shared a brand new portrait of the Old City area after its revitalization. The Kota Tua area is now a model for the longer term of Jakarta.

The revitalization of the Old Town is geared toward Indonesian residents, an area that after looked outdated and old now looks modern and delightful. Tourists also look comfortable.

Previously utilized by cars and motorcycles, the old town road resulting in the BNI Bank Building has been transformed right into a promenade and bicycle zone. Along with the facilities and infrastructure, pedestrian routes have been designated on this street.

A low emission zone has also been introduced in Kota Tua Jakarta, which complements the aesthetic value of the world due to small trees growing along the road (LEZ). The air quality surrounding the Jakarta Old Town tourist area will probably be improved by enforcing regulations for the LEZ area.

To attract foreign tourists, it is predicted that Kota Tua will probably be a pedestrian-friendly area that is well accessible by public transport and which still retains its historical values
