The King of Cambodia appoints Hun Sen’s son as the brand new leader

On Monday, at Hun Sen’s request, King Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree stating that he was “appointing Dr. Manet the Hun for the position of Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Cambodia within the seventh parliamentary term.

The decree approving the Western-educated army general was made available on the web site Telegram his father’s channel and signals the approaching end of the previous Khmer Rouge guerrilla’s nearly 4 many years on the helm of a rustic recovering from many years of war and poverty.
