Nine Southeast Asian startups have been chosen to take part in the fourth class of Google’s Launchpad Accelerator program, which starts in July and can include 2 weeks of fully paid training

The Launchpad Accelerator includes intensive mentoring from over 20 Google teams and expert mentors from top tech and VC firms in Silicon Valley. Participants receive support without equity capital, funds for Google products, and throughout the 6-month program they proceed to work closely with Google of their country.

“This time, start-ups from Asia and Latin America will be joined by peers from Africa and Europe. In addition to expanding our reach, we are also expanding our curriculum,” said Roy Glasberg, Global Program and Accelerator Leader, Launchpad.

He adds: “We will help startups delve deeper into machine learning and artificial intelligence to help them leverage the latest Google technologies to scale their applications.”
