“Representatives of the federal government of the Philippines and the communist movement National Democratic Front (NDF) will sign a joint declaration on Friday, August 26 at 11:00 (09:00 GMT) by which each side commit to a unilateral ceasefire without deadlines,” he added. – said the Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs.
