Operator Las Vegas Sands announced the news on April 3 that it might quickly begin work on the development of a fourth tower, which might be adjoining to the prevailing integrated Marina Bay Sands resort, with the goal of attracting more tourists and meeting their wants and desires.
The statement shows that renowned architect Moshe Safdie, who designed the unique property, will join the team accountable for the design of the brand new tower.
The fourth tower will feature a state-of-the-art 15,000-seat arena, a luxury hotel tower with all-suite rooms, a sky roof and its own swimming pool, and extra MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition) space including ballrooms and exhibition halls.
Las Vegas Sands hopes the brand new facilities will attract more international artists who had not previously considered performing in Southeast Asia, in addition to more businessmen, families and individuals who visit the country for special occasions.
