“The tour will include the Golden Triangle, Petronas Twin Towers, KL Tower, Brickfields and Chinatown on Petaling Street. When it comes to food, definitely Kampung Baru, some local cuisine and Malay-Thai cuisine,” shares Tengku Syahmi.
He adds that travelers should head to Petaling Street for good Wantan noodles, Chinese beef noodles and clay pot Loh Shee Fun.
“I like to wander around places and always check out what the city has to offer,” he jokes.
Returning to the subject of fashion, Tengku Syahmi says he is happy concerning the developments within the region.
“I see so many Asian fashion designers making their mark in the international market, and I couldn’t be more proud and happy for their success. I hope to be there with them one day,” he says.
Tengku Syahmi adds that because the region develops, it is vital to preserve its unique cultural values.
“I hope that regardless of how modern and developed we change into, we won’t forget our roots, history and culture.”
