Indonesian sculptor Nyoman Nuarta received the Padma Shri 2018 award from the President of India, Shri Ram Nath Kovind.
According to a press release from the Indonesian Embassy in New Delhi on April 4, the award was presented at a ceremony on the Rashtrapati Bhavan Presidential Palace in New Delhi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Vice President of India M. Venkaiah Naidu also attended the ceremony.
