Venezuela as an entire has been rated by the U.S. Department of State as a Level 4: Do Not Travel because of “crime, civil unrest, kidnapping, and arbitrary enforcement of local laws.”
The second riskiest travel destination on the planet is Karachi, Pakistanwhich scored 93.12 out of 100.
