Top 50 Brands in Southeast Asia 2024

Campaign within the Asia-Pacific region, in cooperation with Insight into the environmenthas published a comprehensive rating of one of the best Southeast Asian brands based on consumer perception. The study, which included greater than 10,000 interviews in six countries, assessed 1,200 brands from 11 sectors, specializing in nine key brand attributes.

Samsung turned out to be the leader, followed by Shopee, Apple and Grab. Notably, the highest 50 included beauty and private care brands, indicating a shift in emphasis from the previous yr to electronics.

Key findings from the study highlight the importance of constructing multi-faceted ecosystems for seamless customer experiences, prioritizing innovation across features beyond just products, and delivering high-quality experiences that encompass greater than just the product.

One sec Samsung did great when it comes to awareness, quality, trust and innovation, automotive brands reminiscent of Toyota and Honda lead when it comes to shopping experience and customer support. The top three brands, Apple, Samsung and Shopee, consistently performed well across the board, with their unique strengths being brand representation, trust and innovation.

The study highlights that innovation goes beyond advanced products and might present itself in various forms, reminiscent of improved service delivery or supply chain efficiency.
