Strategic project to enhance regional communication
The Thai government accelerates the event of a quick rail project that can connect the country with China via Laos. It is predicted that this strategic initiative will start operating until 2030 and is predicted that they may significantly profit various sectors, including tourism, economy and regional communications.
The 609-kilometer rail was initially accomplished earlier. However, various challenges caused almost a decade of delays. The railway line will connect the capital, Bangkok, with Nakhon Ratchasima at high speed and ultimately extends to Nong Khai, a province bordering Laos.

Although the project is predicted to bring widespread advantages, its implementation was not with none obstacles.
