A brand new study by website money.co.uk goals to rank the 50 most beautiful countries on this planet based on the variety of natural wonders in each place, including coral reefs and tropical rainforests, in addition to volcanoes, glaciers and other natural wonders.
“While beauty is subjective, it is clear that these countries have a lot to offer visitors,” says Sal Haqqi, personal finance editor at money.co.uk.
Each country is rated based on seven aspects listed in the location description:

- Protected zones for coral reefs
- Shoreline
- Rain forests
- Fridge
Each element is defined as 100,000 square kilometers based on World Bank land area data. Each factor is then assigned a normalized value of 10, and a median rating is calculated for all seven components.
With a natural beauty rating of seven.77 out of 10, Indonesia tops the list of probably the most beautiful places on this planet. Indonesia is made up of over 17,000 islands.
“And just off the coast of these islands are almost 31,000 square miles of life-rich coral reef, most of which can be visited from the popular province of Bali,” explains Haqqi.
Komodo National Park (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Sumatra (rainforest) and Kalimantan are only a few of the other natural sites which have helped Indonesia climb to the highest of the list (home to an orangutan reserve).
Indonesia was the primary country to attain high for natural beauty, followed by New Zealand, Colombia, Tanzania, Mexico, Kenya, India, France, Papua New Guinea and Comoros.
With this nomination, Indonesia can gain an enormous opportunity to preserve its natural beauty without resorting to exploitation or activities that threaten it.
As a result, Indonesia’s natural beauty can provide a chance for the international community to understand Indonesia’s natural beauty. The desire of the world community to go to Indonesia as a tourism destination can assist improve Indonesia’s brand.
