GMMTV, referred to as Thailand’s television production and talent agency, has just released the trailer of its latest series F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers.
In September, GMMTV revealed the 4 fundamental forged of F4 in Thailand within the series’ trailer, which was met with many mixed reactions on social media. Here is the fundamental forged of the series:
Boys Over Flower is originally based on a Japanese manga published from 1992 to 2003 titled “Hana Yori Dango” by Yoko Kamio. In 2001, it was adapted into Taiwan’s “Meteor Garden”. It was then adapted into the Japanese “Hana Yori Dango” and the South Korean “Boys Over Flowers” in 2005 and 2009, and into the Chinese “Meteor Garden 2018” in 2018. The entire series stays original due to the manga and tells the story of a famous highschool for wealthy students and the connection between a poor girl and the top of the rich kid’s gang F4.
Based on the trailer, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers also follows the identical story shape, but they adapt it to their very own characteristics.
The first scene depicts the abuse of F4 members in a circulating video, with the looks of the gang’s “declaration of war” symbol in the shape of the franchise’s famous red card, followed by a room where F4 members sit in silhouette.
Bright Vachirawit, who plays Thyme, the top of F4, says: “Do you understand what probably the most powerful thing on the earth is? It’s money. With enough money, we will do anything. We can turn evil into good. We can turn black into white. We may even get someone to praise us. We can do anything on the snap of a finger.
The trailer features other F4 members akin to MJ (Nani Hirunkit), Ren (Dew Jirawat), and Kavin (Win Metawin), in addition to female lead Gorya (Tu Tontawan).
The series, which can be released in 2021, is produced by Patha Thongpan of the independent Thai creative and production company Parbdee.
F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers is one in all the series announced on Thursday through the GMMTV 2021 event, where GMMTV announced its upcoming project by releasing trailers and introducing actors named The New Decade Begins.
