Four Indonesian airports named best airports within the ASQ Awards 2017

The Airports Council International (ACI) has released its official Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award rankings, identifying which airports all over the world offer the most effective service and best traveler experiences.

This yr’s list includes 16 first-time winners, reflecting increasing competition and increasing attention to service at airports all over the world.

The Airport Service Quality (ASQ) award is given based on several points, including passenger rankings, perceptions, traffic type, volume, region, performance indicators akin to security screening, check-in, toilets and other services. Nearly 74 percent of the world’s 100 busiest airports are a part of the ASQ network.

The International Airports Council, which conducts the study, is an industry association of 1,953 airports from 176 countries.
