The solo concert of Jae Park, known by his stage name eaJ, titled “The 1/9 Tour” was successfully organized by promoter Rajawali Indonesia at Basket Hall, GBK Senayan, Jakarta, on Friday, November 21, 2025.
This concert not only featured a fascinating musical performance, but additionally became a platform to convey profound messages to humanity, leaving an unforgettable impression on 1000’s of participants.
eaJ, American-South Korean musician
eaJ, real name Jae Park, is a musician, singer and songwriter of Argentine origin who grew up within the United States and South Korea. He is best generally known as the guitarist and vocalist of the South Korean pop-rock band DAY6, a part of JYP Entertainment.
In 2021, he officially began his solo profession under the name eaJ. His solo songs comparable to “Car Crash”, “50 Proof” and “LA TRAINS” showcase a more experimental and private musical tone in comparison with DAY6’s music.

The concert began promptly at 8:15 p.m. Western Indonesian Time. As the lights dimmed within the hall, the silence was broken by the cheers of 1000’s of fans. eaJ then appeared on stage wearing all black accompanied by a solid live band.
Filled with energy, he opened the concert by shouting: “Indonesia, are you ready? Raise your hands!” He made a direct impact by performing two of his signature songs non-stop: “Right Where You Left Me” and “Friendly Fire.” The atmosphere in Basket Hall immediately transformed right into a sea of cheers and echoes of collective singing.
After the opening songs, eaJ expressed his admiration for the audience’s enthusiasm. “In Indonesia, it is very nice to be here. Indonesia, thanks. It wasn’t easy for you to return here. You got here here after work, right? Wow,” he said.
Warm interaction with fans
During the third song, “Ruin My Life”, eaJ surprised everyone by leaving the foremost stage and heading towards the best stand. This spontaneous interaction delighted fans on this section. Not only did he sing, but he also greeted fans and made direct contact with them, creating rare, intimate moments.
After returning to the stage to perform “In My Civic”, he descended again, this time to the left stand to sing “Mad”. At this point, an audience member handed him a Palestinian flag.
Without hesitation, eaJ accepted and held the flag high throughout the song, a gesture of solidarity that was met with thunderous cheers of support from the audience. The energy reached a good higher level when he performed “Enemy” as he took the stage. The proximity of the audience made the atmosphere much more energetic and energetic.
Promotes Solidarity for Palestine
This concert was greater than only a musical performance. eaJ has intentionally and consistently woven itself into the messages of humanity. Raising the Palestinian flag was not his only motion. On stage, he announced a joint charity campaign with the Rockologist brand from Yogyakarta.
“This is a pin with the Palestinian symbol, made in Indonesia. We also sell Palestinian bracelets,” he said, showing off the products. He emphasized that 100% proceeds from the sale shall be donated to the victims of the humanitarian crisis in Palestine.
“Because the people there need our help now. 100% of the profits go to Palestine,” he continued. During the performance of “When The Rain Stops,” a distinctly different humanitarian message was displayed on the massive screen with the words “No child deserves to die.”
The black T-shirt he wore that read “Until All Have Heard” also reflected his commitment to repeatedly expressing essential issues.
A successful soloist with a particular voice
Among the 1000’s of participants was Arie, a faithful eaJ fan since 2020. Before the concert, she prepared by participating in a ticket “war” and preparing her best outfit. “What I like about eaJ is his voice. It’s very distinctive and his ability to supply high notes,” said Arie.
When asked about her favorite song, Arie immediately said “Pacman”. “For me, ‘Pacman’ is more than just a song. The song tells the story of how we, the fans, supported him in difficult times and vice versa, through this song eaJ invites us all to stop and breathe in a life that sometimes seems difficult and exhausting,” she concluded.
Ending the concert on an emotional note
At the top of the concert, fans received a surprise. The foremost screen displayed a fan project in the shape of a video containing words of support, accompanied by Phil Collins’ song “You’ll Be in My Heart”. Seeing this, eaJ looked moved and teary-eyed.
He then walked to the front of the stage and knelt down in deep gratitude. “Thank you. You don’t even know the way much this implies to me. Three thousand people support me here,” he said.
However, he quickly improved the mood by announcing the ultimate song. The concert ended with Paramore’s “The Only Uniquetion” sung by the whole audience, ending almost two hours of heat and energy.
